Joe has served as chief operating officer of EarthLinked Technologies since 1996 and is responsible for product development, training programs, standards compliance and authorized dealer relationships.

He has 32 years of experience in the heating and cooling industry, and prior to EarthLinked Technologies, Joe served as president of Ray Company, Inc., an HVAC mechanical contracting firm. He also served as vice president of marketing for Envirotherm Heating and Cooling Systems, Inc., a manufacturer of HVAC systems and Director of Retail Operations for U.S. Power Climate Control, Inc.

Joe is a member of the Geothermal Exchange Organization’s (GEO) board of directors. He is also a member of ASHRAE and a Corresponding Member of TC 6.8 (Geothermal Heat Pump and Energy Recovery Applications). Joe is also the Project Committee Chairman for Standard 194.

As a member of the Canadian Standards Association, Joe serves as a voting member of the Technical Committee (Ground Source Heat Pumps/C448 Bi-national Standard Development) and Chairman of the Technical Sub-section Committee C448.7 (DX).

Joe is a member of AHRI and serves as the Geothermal and Water Source Heat Pump Product Section Chairman. He is also the DGX Product Sub-section Chairman and DGX Engineering Committee Chairman.

An active member of the California Geothermal Heat Pump Association, Joe is a contributor to the Geothermal Heat Exchange Well Standards Update. He also is involved with the development of the DX Manufacturers Industry Organization.

A resident of Lakeland, Fla., Joe enjoys running, biking and playing and building guitars.
